Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all quotations, agreements, and work carried out by Berkshire Bespoke Builders ("we", "us").

Quotations

All written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are subject to site survey and the availability of materials at time of order.

Variations

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing with an agreed variation price before work proceeds.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at contract stage. We typically operate on a stage-payment basis tied to agreed milestones. All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
