1. Site Survey
Pindi visits your property — anywhere in our Berkshire coverage area. He assesses the site, checks planning position (permitted development or full planning), and identifies any structural or drainage factors. Free and no obligation.
2. Written Quote
You receive a fully itemised, fixed-price written quote. Every line of material and every labour element is listed. No contingencies, no provisional sums for things we should be able to price. What we quote is what you pay — in writing.
3. Build
We submit building regulation drawings, agree a week-by-week programme, and start on site. Pindi manages the project personally throughout — on site, on the tools, from groundworks through to plastering and first fix. Building control inspections attended at every required stage.
4. Handover
We tidy the site, snag everything, and hand over your Building Regulations Completion Certificate — the legal document confirming the work meets building standards. You are ready to decorate and kit out. You pay what was quoted.
